Is the service really free, where are the hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Chat, video, DM and all core features are free. Premium options exist (visibility boosts for example) but they're strictly optional — browsing, chat and core rights for everyone.
Are my conversations private and can I stay anonymous?
Yes. You pick a username rather than your real name, you don't reveal your precise location, and DMs are encrypted between two registered accounts. You control what you expose — every conversation is deletable from both sides.
