30 lbs heavier than my pic and the meet is sat... how do i handle it without lying

ok so context, im 34f, my dh and i match w a couple online about 5 weeks ago and we've been chatting daily. great vibes, photos exchanged, plans set for saturday at a wine bar. problem is my pic is from like 18 months ago and ive put on roughly 30 lbs since then. some of it is meds, some of it is life, doesnt really matter why, the gap is the gap. dh keeps saying "they'll be fine its just a few lbs" but i know what i see in the mirror vs what they're expecting to walk in the door. i dont want to ghost. i also dont want to send a "hey btw im fatter now" msg that makes it weirder. has anyone been on either side of this. like did u show up bigger than ur pic, and did u get the talk-it-through version or the cold-shoulder version... and also for the ppl who got someone show up different than expected, how did u actually feel in that moment because im trying to prep myself for the worst case
