a couple from another country visiting us... swap on home turf, weird? we've been chatting with an aussie couple for ages, met them at an event we all attended in spain in 2024, kept in touch ever since. they're finally coming to the uk in autumn and want to spend a few days near us. theyve been hinting at a swap while theyre here. the fantasy of hosting a foreign couple is hugely appealing... but its on our home turf, in our house, theyll know where we live, and the whole thing feels different to playing at a hotel abroad. is anyone else weirdly more comfortable with international play in neutral territory than at home with internationals? how do you make the home turf bit work
