ageing with grace in a scene that worships youth... how do you keep yr head right big philosophical one sorry. ive been in the LS 24 yrs, im 63, hubby 65. the scene has changed. apps push the youngest profiles, club marketing is all 30-something bodies, even the "mature" nights feel curated to look young. ive watched friends my age slowly drift out bcs they got tired of feeling invisible. i love this community but im noticing my own slow drift. how do other LS people in their 60s+ keep their heads right in a culture that increasingly says you stop existing at 50. not bitter just honestly asking how you stay in love w this life when it sometimes feels like it doesnt love you back...
