airbnb host gave us such a side eye on checkout im dying

ok so we did a weekend in brighton with another couple, lovely flat near the lanes, host lives upstairs which we didnt totally clock until check in. we were good, kept noise reasonable, no parties, just the four of us. but the woman who owns it came down sunday morning while we were having coffee and the look she gave my partner and the other bloke... like she knew. and then her eyes went to the hot tub on the little roof terrace and she just went "hmm, did you all use this together then" with this tone. we said yes... and she made this face. left a 3 star review saying "guests were respectful but the atmosphere was unusual" which lol what does that even mean. has anyone else had a host basically figure it out and be weird about it. should we just be using lifestyle friendly places, do those even exist properly in the uk
