bath salts and oils for the post-play soak... worth packing

after a long night the wife loves a soak before bed and we've been chucking whatever hotel bubble bath is in the bottle which is usually nothing or some weirdly perfumed gunk... she wants to start bringing her own bath salts and oils but im not convinced its worth the suitcase space. is this a hill worth dying on or are we faffing. and if you do bring them, what — epsom salts, dead sea, the lush bombs (theyre messy arent they). does the room not stink afterwards bc someone else has to clean it...
