BBL recovery and when its actually safe (and ok) to play again

im 29, had a BBL about 11 weeks ago, surgeon cleared most activity at 8 weeks and full activity at 12. dh has been amazing through recovery. we're considering going to a small house party next month which would put me around the 4 month mark. i feel ready physically but i havent actually been touched there by anyone but my surgical team and dh, and im weirdly nervous about how it'll be received... like will ppl notice, will it feel different to them, do i tell ppl in advance, do i avoid certain positions still. for anyone whos had a BBL or similar (lipo, tummy tuck, breast aug, etc) and went back to LS afterwards... what was the timeline ur surgeon and ur body actually agreed on and how did u handle disclosure with new partners. also how long b4 u stopped feeling self conscious about the result vs just enjoying the result
