brisbane poolside club nights... is the warmer climate scene actually different from sydney/melb??

we're planning a brissy trip in a few months and the thing that keeps coming up is the poolside outdoor club vibe that u just dont get as easily in sydney or melbourne cos of the weather... is that actually a real selling point of the brisbane scene or is it just marketing?? we're from melbourne and our outdoor club season is like 6 weeks of the year if were lucky. would love to know if brisbane regulars genuinely use the outdoor pool spaces year round and if the vibe is more relaxed cos of it. also any recs for the best poolside venue specifically...
