club staff stepping in (gracefully) and saving someones night... share yours

so at a club in birmingham last year, a couple was clearly having a Moment in a corner. the wife was upset, not in danger, just emotional. and within about 45 seconds two staff members had quietly appeared, offered water and a private room to chat in, and gently checked in on her partner separately. no fuss no drama no embarrassment. they had a quiet 20 minutes and rejoined the night. that's what good staff training looks like. has anyone got a story of club staff stepping in beautifully? i feel like we mostly only hear horror stories and the good ones deserve airtime
