clubs in the uk that actually do real mocktails not just lime and soda

ok genuinely curious, my partner doesnt drink and im trying to cut back loads, weve been to two clubs in the midlands and the "non alcoholic options" were a flat coke and a warm bottle of becks zero. its grim. so im wondering which uk lifestyle venues have actually moved with the times and stock proper alcohol free stuff, lyre's, seedlip, a decent 0% lager, even just a barman who can make a virgin mojito without sighing. anywhere from london down to glasgow, drop names if you can. trying to find a club night where being the sober one doesnt mean drinking a fanta all night...
