colostomy bag from crohns surgery, returning to the LS after 18 months off... how do i do the disclosure

39, had emergency colectomy 18 months ago after crohns went catastrophic, now living w a permanent stoma. me and husband took a long break from the LS while i adjusted. im finally feeling ready to dip a toe back in and... terrified. specifically of the disclosure moment. like at what point do u tell potential play partners. on the profile? early chat? before the meet? at the meet? i dont want to lead w it but i also dont want surprise reveals. anyone w an ostomy whos navigated this... please share how u did it. feeling so vulnerable rn
