condom broke mid-play with a new partner — what is the actual day-after protocol

happened sat night. F35 H38. mfm w a guy we'd been chatting w for abt 6 wks, all panels swapped, all clean. about 20 min in his condom broke (the kind w the texture, im never using those again btw). we noticed within seconds, he pulled out, i went and rinsed, we restarted with a fresh one (no texture this time). everyone is "clean" on paper so the panic is abt the gap between the last test (his was 4 wks ago) and now. so what NOW. do i get plan b on monday morning just bc (im on iud but the spotting that day made me paranoid?). do i go in for an early panel even tho id be too early to detect everything? do i need to do anything different at 2 weeks vs 3 months out? someone walk me thru the actual day-after thru 3-month-mark steps pls bc googling sent me into a spiral. dh is calm im in my head
