condom came off and we found it 20 minutes later... how worried should i be

midnight panic post. swap meet at a hotel in cork, the other bloke and i, condom on, all good, then about 20 mins later when i went to the loo i could feel something was off and yeah... the condom was still inside me. fully off him at some point and we both just didn't notice. he says he hasn't finished. i actually believe him. but i'm sat here at 1am working out how worried i actually need to be. i'm 33, on the pill, not perfect about timing it ngl. they showed us clean panels from 8 weeks ago. dh is asleep, i don't want to wake him til i've at least googled my way to some calm. realistic risk picture please... and do i need ec given the pill situation
