condom in the bowl. who brings it up?

so the rule was condoms with others. fine. then last weekend in this Airbnb in Hackney the other guy goes in without and my wife didn't stop him. i saw. she saw me see. nobody said anything. drove back the next morning, talked about parking the whole way. nurse btw, works nights, always tired so maybe she just froze idk. i keep meaning to bring it up and then i don't. been four days. the bowl by the door still has his receipt in it from the corner shop, forgot to throw it out. anyway. do i open this now or wait until she does. is waiting just me being a coward. and what exactly do i say, like hey you broke the one rule we had, that sounds insane out loud.
