condom split mid-swap and i didn't notice till after... what now

so this happened sat night at a meet in manchester. me and dh swap with another couple we've seen twice before, all good on paper, recent panels shown etc. halfway through the other bloke tells me the condom's gone, like fully torn, he didn't feel it. i'm 34 and on the coil so pregnancy isn't the worry but ngl my stomach dropped. we finished the night civil but i barely slept. got tested mon morning, gp said 2 weeks for chlamydia/gonorrhoea and 6 weeks for the rest. dh has been amazing tbh, no blame, just sat with me. anyone else been thru this... how do you stop catastrophising for 6 weeks lol. also do you tell the other couple straight away or wait for your own results first
