cottage trip aftermath the silence after a great weekend is doing my head in

so we had what felt like an incredible weekend, two other couples, cottage in the lake district near ullswater, three nights, everything clicked, sex was amazing, chat was hilarious, drove home sunday absolutely buzzing. its been ten days. one couple has been very normal in the group chat, the other couple has gone almost completely silent. like ive said hello, ive sent a meme, partners sent a thanks for the weekend message, and theyve responded with one liners then nothing. nothing happened that was off as far as we can tell. but the silence is killing the high. is this normal, is the comedown after a really good weekend just like this, do some people retreat to process. i dont want to chase but i also dont want to lose what felt like a real connection. anyone got post weekend etiquette wisdom
