couple we're seeing wont show recent test results, red flag right?

so we've been chatting with this couple for like 3 wks now, met them for drinks twice, def vibing. she's a nurse he works in finance, both seem chill and smart. last night dh sent the "hey wanna swap recent panels before we go further" msg, very casual, attached ours from march. they replied "we get tested regularly dw, last one was clean, we don't really share docs tho privacy stuff". like... what. she's a NURSE she knows the deal. F33 H35 from austin area. is this a hard pass or am i being uptight. dh thinks we move on i kinda want to push back once and see what they say but idk if im just chasing the connection cuz we like them otherwise
