do i show my face on fetlife when half my workplace is apparently on fetlife (it happened)

so this is a wild story but ok. i (29F) have been on fetlife for like 8 months mostly lurking, joined some local munches, kept my profile face-free and pretty anonymous. last month i went to a munch and recognized THREE people from work. THREE. not just my company my actual team. a senior person on my team and two from adjacent teams. we all kinda nodded at each other and pretended it didnt happen for the next 2 hrs but it was definitely awkward. now ive been thinking about leveling up my fetlife presence — adding face pics, being more active in groups, writing more — but suddenly im like wait if these 3 found me at a munch presumably they could also find my profile. they all have established profiles, i checked, with face pics. so do i just accept that we are all in the same boat and ill see them and they see me, mutually assured anonymity style. or do i double down on no face and stay in lurk mode. or do i quit fetlife and try a different platform that doesnt have my whole HR department on it. genuinely stuck
