dry january after a very wet ls year, recalibrating

so 2025 was a busy year for us in the lifestyle, lots of nights out, lots of socials, lots of wine. didnt notice how much til january hit and we both said lets just have a dry month and reset. were halfway through and im realising how much of last years lifestyle calendar was actually social drinking with sex attached, not the other way round. weve been to two socials this month and ordered tonics and both of us were... bored? or maybe just lucid? the play weve done with each other at home has been hotter than ever. now im wondering if we should rethink some of the bigger group stuff for the rest of the year. anyone else done a dry month and had to reconsider the whole shape of their lifestyle...
