emotional labour of ls planning is killing me

so i do... everything. the profile management, the messaging, the vetting, the calendar, the hotel bookings, the gentle let downs to couples we're not into, the aftercare conversations with the couples we are into. and my husband shows up, has a great time, gets in the car. weve had this argument before. he says he didnt know it was that much work. weve been doing this 4 years. how do other people make this fair without making it transactional
