explaining your body to a new play partner without making it a presentation

small question. when you're trans and the body you have doesnt match the assumptions your new play partner is bringing in, what's your script for explaining it without it feeling like a tedious anatomy lesson? i find myself either over-explaining (turning the start of every meet into a 15 min seminar) or under-explaining (and then we're mid scene and there's a confused moment about what works/doesnt work). looking for the middle path. examples appreciated, especially from longer-term lifestyle trans folks who've presumably had this conversation 200 times. uk based but the script transfers anywhere...
