facetime sessions while hes overseas... playing solo with someone while he watches, is this still LS

hes contracting in canada for a few months and we got bored of just sexting on facetime so we started experimenting. ive had a friend (single guy from our LS circle, hes been with us before) come over and we play while my husband watches over facetime. its hot as hell ngl but ive been wondering... is this LS or is it just me getting away with something with a webcam present. like is the consent meaningful if hes 5000 miles away on a laggy connection and cant actually stop anything in the moment. anyone else doing this... how do u think about it
