family whatsapp open next to the lifestyle whatsapp and i sent the wrong message... how do you recover??

CRINGING just typing this. last sunday i was on the family group chat coordinating mums birthday brunch and at the same time chatting in a couples group from a recent meet up in glasgow. one of those groups got a slightly NSFW-ish message that was definitely meant for the other. and yes it went to the family chat. caught it within thirty seconds and deleted but my dad's phone is set to show the preview... my sister called me forty minutes later asking what on earth that was and i panicked and said it was a meme my husband sent me by mistake. i think she believed me?? maybe?? how do you even system-proof this? im 39 and clearly cannot be trusted with two phones open at once
