first aid items you actually use after a play night... whats in yours

so weve realised our "first aid kit" for meets is just paracetamol and not much else, and after a friend ended up with a UTI two days after a takeover and was desperately ringing about cranberry tablets at 11pm, im thinking we need to be a bit better stocked... so what do you actually carry that gets used. paracetamol obvs, electrolyte sachets, plasters for the blisters from new shoes, but what else. cystitis sachets for her? antiseptic wipes? something for a hangover that actually works. id rather hear what people genuinely reach for than read a "complete first aid guide" online which tells me i need a tourniquet and a foil blanket...
