First couple-to-couple meet at a bar saturday, HOW do you break the ice

ok so the m&g is locked in. saturday, 8pm, cocktail bar in the city, the other couple chose it (which i appreciate bc we'd have agonised over the venue for a week). theyve done this a few times, were complete noobs. ill be honest, the part im stuck on isnt the existential stuff, its the literal mechanics of the first 5 minutes. like. do you hug? handshake? two cheek kisses? what if the bar is busy and we cant find them right away? do you text "im here, im the blonde at the corner table"? do you order drinks before they arrive or wait? do you sit at a table together or stand at the bar? and then once you're actually sat down across from these two strangers who you know are sizing you up for compatibility — what do you TALK about? you cant talk about normal stuff like "what do you do for work" bc that feels weirdly mundane given the subtext. but you also cant open with "so... swinging" bc that's insane. what is the register here. business casual flirty? friends-of-friends-meeting? first date? (m41 f39, 8 yrs together, never met any LS couple irl before) genuinely if anyone has a play-by-play of how their first c2c bar meet went id be soooo grateful. the building anxiety isnt about whether we'll click, its about the awkward opening 10 mins.
