first ever 4some same room friday... how do four people not crash into each other

we have our first ever same-room 4some this friday. M36 / F34, met a couple at a club in dallas last month, hit it off, did a soft swap night same room which was great. now they've invited us to their place for a full swap and theyve made it clear it'll be same room from the start. i know how to have sex with one person on a bed. i know how to have sex with my wife with another couple having sex on the same bed (we've done this with soft swap). i do NOT know how four people share one bed for full swap. like physically. choreography. questions im too embarrassed to ask the other couple lol. do you all start on the same bed or pair off into different parts of the room. do you switch partners mid-session or stay put. is there a moment where everyone kind of pauses and resets. how do you signal to your wife "you good?" without breaking the energy. and how do you NOT end up doing soft swap by accident bc its hard to actually... combine. any veterans of same room 4somes... whats the actual physical and emotional flow that works. we want to be good guests on friday
