first solo invite to a private party and im fully panicking

so a couple i play with regularly in birmingham invited me to their friend group's private house party next weekend. they're vouching for me, it's 4-5 couples and im the only single guy. i've never done a group setting only one on one with my couple. what do i actually do when i arrive, do i wait to be introduced to play with anyone other than my couple, can i talk to other women, what if another wife flirts with me does her husband need to invite me in, the logistics of a multi-couple house thing have me sweating. like i don't want to be the single guy that ruined it for them after they vouched for me
