getting the hep b jab in our 40s before a hedonism trip — anyone done this

so we've finally booked a week at hedonism for next spring, properly excited, and our gp suggested we get the hep b vaccine before we go. we're both in our late 40s, neither of us was vaccinated as kids because it wasn't routine then in the uk. nhs in london said they'll do it for us cheap as we're higher risk because of the LS, which is good of them. the schedule is 3 jabs over 6 months. has anyone else done this. is it worth doing the rapid 3-week schedule that private clinics offer or is the standard one fine. also what other jabs do experienced LS folks consider before a destination trip... we've had everything else routine, hpv we missed the boat on, but anything else we should be thinking about
