group ski trip to whistler with 4 couples mixing the lifestyle and the slopes a few of us are talking about a week in whistler in january, four couples, chalet rental near the village. half of us have skied together for years and the lifestyle thing is more recent and only with two of the four couples really. so the dynamic is, the foursome who started skiing together know the OTHER two couples mostly through club nights, and the two club couples have never been on a ski trip with us. the worry is whether the lifestyle element will feel forced when youre all knackered every night from skiing all day, and whether the non lifestyle daytime activity creates a weird split. also chalet living means everyones together constantly for a week. anyone combined a proper active holiday like skiing with the lifestyle element and made it work, or is it a recipe for both not landing properly. similar question would apply to a queenstown trip i guess
