halloween masquerade nights... whats been ur best year ever

looking for inspo cos this oct will be our 5th halloween in the scene and honestly im running out of mask ideas. our best one so far was a venetian themed thing in bristol where everyone went proper effort, full feathers and silk capes, candlelit, it was honestly stunning and the play was incredible cos nobody really knew who they were with which sounds dodgy but was actually freeing. what was ur best ever halloween LS night? what made it work... the venue the costumes the host the vibe? im trying to convince our group to up the ante this yr instead of doing the same tired "vampire and witch" thing again lol
