how do you actually get vetted by couples in the uk scene as a single

genuine question, im 6 months in, decent profile, verified, sent test results unprompted to couples i was chatting to, polite, normal job, can hold a conversation about something other than sex... and i still keep getting stuck at the "lets have a video call" stage that then turns into "we'll let you know" and silence. what does "being vetted" actually look like for the couples reading this. what are you checking for that im probably failing at without realising. is it vibes, is it specific questions, is it references from other couples, what is it... i feel like im missing a level here
