how often do yall actually get tested, be HONEST

ok story time. we say every 3 months on our profile but tbh between work and dh travel for his job we kinda slipped to like... every 6-7 months this past year. F36 H39, been LS active maybe 2 yrs. we only play with couples we vibe with and always condoms but i was reading reddit yest and saw ppl saying 3 months is the minimum and now i feel like a fraud. nobody wed played with has gotten sick that we know of but idk, am i in denial. like what is the REAL avg in the lifestyle, not the polished profile answer. i wanna hear what regular ppl actually do not what we all PRETEND we do
