HRT changed my libido drastically and i dont know if its good or bad... 52, started HRT 4 months ago after a really rough peri stretch. the good news, hot flushes mostly gone, sleeping again, mood is workable. the wild thing... my libido is back w a vengeance. like teenage levels. were in the LS in dublin and ive gone from "maybe once a month at the club" to "can we go this weekend AND next" and hubby is half delighted half wondering whats happened to his wife haha. is this a phase, will it level out, anyone been on hrt for yrs and can tell me what to expect long term...
