hubby got bad sperm count results and now he wont engage in LS

were 18 months into trying. just got his results back and theyre poor across the board. motility, morph, count, all flagged. consultant says ivf with icsi is our best route. since we got the letter hubby has gone completely cold on the lifestyle... wont talk abt our reg couple, cancelled the weekend we had booked, just sits scrolling on his phone in the evenings. i think hes equating his fertility with his masculinity?? and the LS feels too charged rn?? but i dont know how to bring it up without making it worse. has anyone navigated a male factor diagnosis + LS pause. how did u get back
