husband cried after our last play night and i dont know what it means

help. weve been in the LS about 18 months (calgary, mid 30s) and last weekend after a really good night with another couple weve seen before, we got home, got into bed, and my husband just started crying. not a little tear, properly sobbing. for like 20 minutes. when i finally got him to talk he said he felt overwhelmed and didnt know if it was happy or sad. he wont expand. its been 4 days hes acting normal but hasnt brought it up and i dont know if i should push or wait. is this a normal LS thing nobody warns you about, processing emotions after a high intensity night?? or is something deeper going on that he isnt telling me. im scared
