ibs flare at a london club, i think i traumatised myself... please tell me im not alone

right so i need to vent and also ask for advice. went to a club in london sat night, had been so careful all week with food, even skipped dinner cuz i was nervous. about an hour in im chatting to this gorgeous couple and i feel THAT feeling. u know the one. ended up basically running to the loo and... well. spent about 40 min in there. came out and obviously they were gone, totally fair, but the staff were lovely abt it. partner found me crying in the corridor. we just left. now im scared to go back to ANY club ever. how do you ibs ppl manage this... is there a trick i dont know about
