is "monogamish" still a useful label on apps or has it lost meaning?

when i first started using apps for enm i loved the word monogamish bc it conveyed a specific thing... we're mostly together, occasionally do stuff together with others, soft swap territory mostly. nowadays it feels like the word means whatever the person reading it wants it to mean. some people read it as "open with rules" some read it as "basically poly" some read it as "couple looking for an affair". do u still use the label or have u moved to more specific phrases that explain the actual setup...
