ivf cycle starting soon how long do u pause the LS for

starting our first round in 3 weeks and clinic gave us the no sex window stuff but didnt really cover... well... the rest. we're pretty active in the scene, weekend meets, the odd club night, regular couple we see monthly. how long did u/ur partner pause for. just the stim+retrieval window or all the way thru transfer + tww + early preg. my husbands anxious about everything tbh and im trying to figure out what realistic looks like vs what makes him feel safe. dont wanna lose our community over this but also obviously the baby comes first
