local clinic vs at-home test kits — what are u actually using in 2026 we've been going to planned parenthood for our q3mo panels for like 2 yrs and the appts are getting harder to book in our area (smaller city in the midwest). dh saw an ad for one of those at-home kits where u prick ur finger + send a sample and get results in like 4 days. F34 H37. im split — pros of the home kit obvs convenience and discretion. cons im a little worried abt accuracy compared to a real blood draw, and idk what the at-home kits even cover vs miss. also if u test positive at home, do u just... go in person anyway to get treated? feels like the home kit becomes a pre-test for the real test which is more not less hassle. anyone been doing the home kits regularly for LS purposes — which brand, what was the experience like, did u still keep the in person backup
