long-distance couple becoming poly-curious during separation... how do u not let LS drift into something else

me and my husband have been LDR for 2 yrs while hes finishing his phd in edinburgh and im based in belfast for work. we always played LS together back when we lived in same city. since the distance hit we both started playing apart. lately ive been catching feelings for one of my regular play partners and i think hes catching feelings for one of his. weve always been LS not poly. but the distance plus the regularity of solo connections is making everything blurry. anyone else watched LS slide toward poly during an LDR... how did u steer it back or did u just let it happen
