LS density per capita, where would you move to globally?

hypothetical for those who've travelled the LS world... if you could move anywhere purely on the density and quality of the LS scene per capita, where would you go. ive heard amsterdam berlin and barcelona are obvious european answers, but what about within the english speaking world. brighton, melbourne, toronto, auckland... whats actually the highest concentration of quality LS per head of population from your direct experience
