lube hygiene in same-room play — is sharing the bottle gross or am i being paranoid

so like this might be a weird question but bear w me. we hosted a small same-room play last fri, 3 couples, all on the same big bed essentially. i had put my big bottle of sliquid on the nightstand for everyone to use. mid play i watched one guy pump some lube onto his hand AFTER hed just had his hand on his partner, then he reached over to dh's side w that same hand still using lube from the bottle. i didnt say anything in the moment but its been bugging me. is this an actual contamination risk or am i overthinking it. F33 H36 abt 14 months in LS. what do experienced groups do — individual pump bottles per couple? do u sterilize the nozzle between uses?? am i being a freak about this lol
