meet went well with her, he didn't like me, what now

first meet in person at a wine bar in auckland with a couple i'd been chatting to for weeks. her and i had instant chemistry, talked easily, laughed a lot. hubby was nice enough but a bit reserved and i could tell he was sizing me up. got a message the next day from her saying she really enjoyed me but he didn't feel a click and they wouldn't be moving forward. fully respect his veto, that's how it should work, but how do you not let this one mess with your head... like i can replay every interaction trying to work out what i did that put him off and im sure ill never know. also is it worth asking for feedback or is that crossing a line
