midwife asked "how many partners" and i froze

first midwife appt yesterday at 10 weeks. she ran thru the standard sexual health questions, did the "how many partners in the last year" and i just... stalled. said "a few" and she nodded and moved on. but ive been thinking about it since. the actual answer is closer to 12 (including our reg couple, a few club meets, one weekend away with another couple) and i feel weird that i wasnt honest. is it relevant to her care?? we're all screened regularly so my STI status is current. but does she need to know for like... blood tests... antibodies... idk what im missing. anyone been here
