mixed-race couple navigating clubs... the unspoken stuff no one warns u about

were a mixed couple, im black british she is white, married a long time, new to the scene about 8 months. we knew going in that the demographics would skew a certain way. what we didnt expect was how often ppl assume things about us based on the optics. ppl assume she is "into" black men as a thing... ppl assume im a unicorn male... ppl assume we have a script. the unspoken stuff. has anyone else had this. how do u get past the projections n actually meet people who see u as a couple not as a fantasy combo...
