my companys HR director just started following my "anonymous" lifestyle twitter. paranoid or actual problem

just spiraling at 1am wanted to throw this out. i have a lifestyle / kink twitter (now x whatever) that i made in 2021. handle is unrelated to me. profile pic is a faceless mirror shot from the waist down. no location, no real name, no profession in bio. i tweet abt lifestyle stuff, retweet some kink discourse, occasionally post a tasteful nsfw shot. like 2400 followers, mostly other lifestyle ppl and a few content creators. today i logged in and the notification said "[hr director by full real name] followed you". this is the HR DIRECTOR of my company. like literally she would be the one to handle a complaint if my private life became a work issue. midwestern fortune 1000 ish. now. theres several ways to read this. she could ALSO be in the lifestyle and the algo just suggested me to her based on some interest she follows. very possible, twitter recs are random as hell. she might have no idea who i actually am. her own account is locked actually, i cant see her tweets, only her name and pfp (a normal headshot). OR. she stumbled across my account some other way (maybe a coworker we mutually know??) and is now investigating. dont know why she would, ive never put anything on lifestyle adjacent on company devices, but still. OR. she follows literally everyone in the industry / hr ppl group / whatever and this is a bulk action and means nothing. my actual problem is i cant tell which it is and i cant ask her without outing myself by asking. and the longer i sit on it the worse the not knowing gets. do i block her ? blocking sends a signal too. do i lock my own account ? she can still see the follow happened. do i delete the account ? feels paranoid and i actually like that account. m38, single, lifestyle for 6 yrs, the account is honestly a big part of my social community especially since i moved cities last yr. cant lose it lightly. but also cant lose my JOB. also another thing — i checked my company social media policy and it explicitly says "off-duty conduct that does not impact the workplace is not subject to discipline" which sounds protective but lol i know how thin that ice can be at the director level. what would u do tonight
