NHS consultant in the lifestyle... how scared should i actually be of the GMC?

ok so i'm a consultant at a teaching hospital in the midlands, been in the LS with dh about 2yrs now. we've always been super careful, no faces on profiles, different city for clubs etc. but recently a colleague mentioned a case at a tribunal where a doctor got referred for something completely unrelated to work and the panel still dragged in "personal conduct" stuff and ngl it's been living in my head rent free since. like... is consensual ethical non-monogamy actually something the GMC would touch if it came out? i've read good medical practice cover to cover and nothing explicitly says it but the vibes around "public trust in the profession" are doing a lot of heavy lifting tbh. anyone here actually had to navigate this or know someone who did? i'm not paranoid normally but the idea of losing my registration over my sex life is genuinely keeping me up...
