NYE turned into a 3-day weekend by accident... is this a known LS phenomenon? so we booked a NYE meet at a country house just outside oxford with 6 other couples. supposed to be one night. by jan 1st nobody wanted to leave, the host extended for another night, we all chipped in for groceries.... by jan 2nd we were ordering more wine from the village shop and pretending it was still NYE. eventually we drove home jan 3rd absolutely shattered, in love with everyone, and slightly poorer. has this happened to your group? im starting to think LS meets just expand to fill available time if nobody enforces an end... anyone got a longer one?
