office xmas party roleplay w/ another couple, our annual thing now

right so this started as a joke 3 yrs ago, we met another couple at a london club and ended up doing a "office xmas party" scene where i was the boss, he was the new hire, wives were both colleagues having an affair w each others husbands... was meant to be a one off but its now an annual thing we do round december. we get a hotel suite, everyone dresses business casual, theres cheap prosecco and crisps... proper takes us back to those grim work do's except the ending is very different. anyone else got annual roleplay traditions w your regulars? feel like its underrated as a thing...
