partner took photos without asking and i didnt notice till the morning

we had a girl over in cardiff, lovely night, full consent everything fine. next morning making coffee i pick up my partners phone to skip a song and there are 47 photos in the camera roll from last night. some of me. some of her. close ups. faces visible. i nearly dropped the kettle. i didnt know. SHE didnt know. he says he was going to ask if we wanted to keep them but he wanted them captured "in case". in case of what mate. how do i tell her. do i tell her. does it matter that he hasnt sent them anywhere yet. i feel sick. shes 29 hes 41 im 38
